Since founding Élan Artistry in 2015, Cecilia has dedicated her career to mastering Korean lash lifts through advanced education, hands-on experience, and a commitment to continuous learning.

Rather than relying on trends, she pursued authentic Korean training, earning certifications directly from two of Korea's leading lash educators and refining her techniques through thousands of client services.

Today, she teaches the same methods she performs every day in her studio, combining proven technique, product knowledge, and real-world troubleshooting to help students build confidence behind the chair.

MORNING

Full Kit Walkthrough

Every product. Every tool. Every component, explained. You'll know exactly what you're working with, why it's in the kit, and how to use it properly. No mystery, no guessing on future clients.

MID-MORNING

Doll Head Practice

Before you touch a real client, you'll practice the movements and application technique on a mannequin. This builds the muscle memory and hand confidence that make your live model work click.

LATE MORNING

Live Demo by Cecilia

You watch the full process performed on a real model in real time. Ask questions as they happen. Clarify anything that's unclear before you step in yourself.

30 minutes to decompress and recharge before the hands-on portion of the day.

Two Live Models: You Behind the Chair

This is where it clicks. You perform the full lash lift on two back to back clients: real eyes, real lash types, real variation. Cecilia is with you the entire time: coaching, adjusting, and giving you real-time feedback on shield placement, processing, and timing.

Academy FAQs

Do I need to be licensed to enroll?

Yes. Élan Artistry Academy training is designed for licensed estheticians and cosmetologists, as well as students currently enrolled in an accredited beauty college. This allows us to go deeper into technique and chemistry rather than covering licensing basics. Proof of current licensure or enrollment will be requested at booking.

How do I book my training date?

Trainings are held on Saturdays, and dates are limited since every session is private. You can book online through the shop, and once your payment is secured, we'll reach out to arrange a Saturday date that works for your schedule. If you'd prefer a payment plan via Zelle or Venmo, email us and we'll set it up together.

Are payment plans offered?

Yes. We offer three ways to pay for your training:

Pay in full via credit card, Zelle, or Venmo.

2 weekly payments, with the full balance paid one week prior to your class date.

4 weekly payments, with the full balance paid two weeks prior to your class date. Please note this plan requires booking at least six weeks in advance.

Choose the option that works best for you at booking, and we'll set up your payment schedule from there.

Do I need any lash experience before enrolling?

No prior lash lift experience is required for the Certification Course. If you're already lifting lashes and want to refine your technique, the course can be tailored to your specific needs.

What makes this different from other lash lift trainings?

This is an authentic Korean lash lift method, taught by an educator certified directly under Korean master trainers. You'll learn the chemistry behind the products, not just the steps, using genuine Korean products sourced directly from Korea.

Is the training really one on one?

Yes. Every session is private, just you and your educator. No watching from the back of a room, no waiting your turn. The entire day is built around your pace and your questions.

Do I need to provide models for the hands on portion?

Yes, you'll bring two models for the live portion of your training. We'll send model guidelines when you enroll so you know exactly who makes a good candidate. If you have trouble securing a model, let us know in advance and we'll help.

What's included in my training kit?

Your kit includes the authentic Korean products you'll train with, so you can start offering the service immediately. 2 perm systems popular in Korea, 5 different shield sets, flat shields, 3 types of conditioning balms, pH balancing agent, tools to make the process simpler (tape, brush, mirror, cling wrap, perm paper, and more).

Will I receive a certificate?

Yes. Upon completing your training, you'll receive a certificate of completion from Élan Artistry Academy.

What happens after the training?

Your education doesn't end when the day does. You'll have ongoing access to Cecilia for questions as you begin working on clients, plus access to the demo video so you can refresh your memory of the entire process. All of this available for 3 months.

Where can I reorder products?

All of the authentic Korean products used in your training are available through the Élan Artistry supply store, so you never have to guess at sourcing or settle for substitutes. Plus, as a student you get a lifetime discount of 15%.

What if I need to reschedule?

We understand life happens. With at least 14 days notice, your deposit transfers to a new training date at no cost. Requests made within 14 days of class will forfeit the deposit.
