Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing from Élan Artistry. By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms set forth below.

Eligibility & Professional Use

By purchasing from Élan Artistry, you represent and warrant that you are a licensed esthetician, cosmetologist, or other qualified beauty professional legally authorized to purchase and use professional lash lift products in your jurisdiction.

All products sold by Élan Artistry are intended strictly for professional use. Products must be used in accordance with manufacturer guidelines, applicable state board regulations, and industry safety standards. Élan Artistry reserves the right to request proof of licensure prior to fulfilling any order and to cancel or refuse any order that does not satisfy our professional use requirements.

Orders & Payments

Orders are processed within one to three business days of receipt. An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been processed.

All payments are securely processed through Shopify's encrypted checkout system. Élan Artistry does not store or have access to your full payment information.

Élan Artistry reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, refuse, or limit any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, violate these Terms, or do not meet our professional use requirements. In the event of a cancellation, any payment received will be refunded in full to the original payment method.

Product Liability & Disclaimer

Élan Artistry shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, adverse reaction, or loss arising from the misuse, improper application, improper storage, or unauthorized use of our products, including but not limited to allergic reactions or sensitivities experienced by end clients.

It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ensure they hold proper licensure, have received adequate professional training, and perform all appropriate safety protocols, including patch testing where applicable, before applying any professional lash products on clients.

Modifications to These Terms

Élan Artistry reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will govern that transaction. By placing an order or booking a service with Élan Artistry, you acknowledge and agree to the policies set forth herein.
