Applied over the lash structure while it is still relaxed, this low viscosity liquid spreads evenly across every lash, even over curl setting product. In just 10 to 30 seconds, it neutralizes alkalinity and supports the bond environment with external keratin. That helps the oxidation reaction in Step 2 happen more accurately, which supports better curl hold.

Apply it at end of step 2, or after tint if included, for final nourishment and bond environment stabilization.
