Once applied to the lashes on the rod, it gently breaks down the disulfide bonds within the hair, softening the lash so it can be reshaped into its new lifted position. Processing time will vary depending on lash thickness, texture, and natural curl pattern. Always monitor closely and perform a lash check before moving to Step 2.
Step 2 is the neutralizer that locks the curl in place. After Step 1 has done its work, Step 2 rebuilds and re-hardens the disulfide bonds, permanently setting the lash into its lifted shape on the rod. Apply evenly across all lashes and allow adequate processing time before removing the rod.
